THE BIG DAY -- Election Day.

As I type this, some of the returns are already coming in. Please, keep the following in mind (when it comes to politics, or any heated topic of discussion, for that matter):

Everyone is entitled to his or her own thoughts/opinions/ideals regarding this election. It's one of the great proofs that we DO live in a democracy, where people are allowed to have said thoughts/opinions/ideals.

If the person you voted for wins, that doesn't make you a "winner." If he loses, you're not a "loser" either.

And whoever wins... this will be our next President of the United States. It was up to the people to elect him into office (electoral college set aside for the moment, I'm not going there...) and they did.

As Americans we owe it to ourselves and to the Office to stand behind our President.

If we don't like the policies he stands for... well: there is always four years from now to try to change things again.
