I guess I'm just weird but I remember Pearl Harbor and D-day when they come around, but maybe that's just because I actually read about them. I think that many of the reasons these things are forgotten is that they aren't remembered as much as they should be in many history books and such. Sure there are plenty of books on the subjects, but when you get in your history text book in class, there really isn't much on each thing. I even had one that only listed Pearl Harbor month, and not the full date... I think people will continue to remember 9/11 mainly because it was the first major direct attack on us since, well the war of 1812. -------------------- "Can't you hear my motored heart?
