He made it from scratch. Got a lot of books, figured out the scale he wanted it, figured out the measurements for everything. And it was built using the same plans they used for the Titanic. And in the dining rooms, it even has little furniture. I've seen it.  It's really really neat to see. The coah of some Basketball team (New Jersey or something, R2 might now, he was there too) came and saw it, cause Mr. T's wife is his sister...But aaaaanyway, if you'd like to buy it, I can get ya a sweet deal, say $20,000? ------------------
