Tigris never recovered from the loss of the father he wanted to some day accept him, however cruel he had been in the past. And he never forgave to New Republic for allowing his homeworld, and quite possibly his father’s base, to be destroyed by the Yuuzhan Vong. Still, he slowly came to the decision that his current place in the protection of the New afforded him an advantage: he could slowly and carefully make plans to rebuild the Reborn Empire his father had never been able to complete, Force abilities or not, hoping to redeem himself for the flaw his father saw in him.

Tigris took a Firrerreo mate who had likewise been spared from Firrerre’s destruction, and had a daughter, Cardissa. He secretly instilled in her the tale of her destiny despite the fact that she, like Tigris, had no Force proclivity. Now in her late twenties, Cardissa is a beautiful humanoid with golden skin and two-toned golden and cinammon-colored hair much like her father and his father before. Her eyes are an intense black, and she is six feet tall. Well aware of the Empire’s use of the Reborn Jedi her grandfather had once lead and desiring to meet the destiny her father Tigris had engrained into her, Cardissa is seeking avenues to build a power base of her own, feeling that she has the knowledge and the abilities to rule the galaxy and protect it better than any of those currently in control. Her first steps towards doing just that include the strange disappearance of Aelly Ssyn...
