Intrepid, somewhat direct movements are used in combination with very advanced techniques involving Force-powered jumps and motions. Form VII does not appear as fancy as Form IV, but the technical details of it use very open movements resulting in a very unpredictable battle style. The staccato swings and flow of the form make it seem as if the attacks are not linked - but in reality, it is merely confusing the opponent.
Form VII demands the emotional and physical intensity of Form V, but it much more effectively controls it (if mastered). Form VII, when fully mastered, results in extraordinary power.

Background: Concieved on dantooine by his mother Yensa Nocturnum seemingly out of nowhere Xenn captured the attention of the Jedi and Dark Jedi alike. Only a month after his birth he was confronted and captured from his mother by Dark Lord Vaas Junac. Xenn was a promising Dark Jedi prospect, at the age of 12 he was the best saber duelist amongst all the prospects of his age at his academy. At the age of 15 he was paralleled only by the dark lords in the ways of the force. Traveling between planets his ship was intercepted by new republic jedi forces.
Xenn faced and killed 3 jedi padawans. and 1 jedi knight before being subdued and captured by several jedi masters. He was taken hostage, and then taken back to the jedi academy where he would be held to trial. Since he was only a minor, but convicted to murder charges Xenn was given an ultimatum. Convert to the jedi ways, and train in the ways of the light side with a new master. Or have his powers stripped and sent to the spice mines to slave the rest of his life away. Xenn did what any scared and lonely teenager would have. He chose to live the rest of his life as a Jedi. A few years progressed, and the Dark Jedi thought nothing of it or him. They were relived, thinking Xenn had died. Until Xenn and his master were confronted by his former master Dark Lord Vaas Junac and his new apprentice, in a frozen docking bay on a small outer rim planet. They waged a in a heated battle, melting the ice on the bay around them. Xenn killed his former master’s apprentice. And Vaas Junac killed Xenn's master. Once Teacher and Student. Now, Bitter enimies. They engaged. Clash after clash they grew weary. Xenn grew tired and afraid, knowing that he couldn’t keep up with his former master, and now head of his respective Dark Jedi Temple. Clash! Clash! Clash! Xenn saw an opening and maneuvered to strike but slipped in a pool of melted ice water. Xenn's light saber flew out of reach. Lying on his back, Vaas stepped over his former apprentice, clutched his light saber over his head for the kill, then suddenly xenn spotted an ice sickle directly above them. Xenn force pushed his master up and through the sickle, instantly killing him, and in turn splattering himself in his Vaas' blood. Xenn returned to the council with the news of the deaths, and the council ruled that he was indeed more than ready for the trials. Xenn Was a Jedi Knight. Later, on one of Xenn's missions with the jedi temple he came across a leigon of bounty hunters who overwhelmed him, and instead of killing him they froze in carbonite casing, putting Xenn back in his ship they plotted him on a crash course for nar shadaa, where his body would lay in carbonite timelesness untill found 20 some odd years later...
