Matt Stanza is/was Captain Terrin Danner's assistant in Eagle Enterprises. Matt knows everything that Terrin does; he is very clever and has very careful eyes and ears. He doesn't usually speak unless he feels it is well worth his while, but instead watches everything with keen interest. Matt is a very good schemer and planner, mostly because he is ver alert to his surroundings. Also, because he has worked so closely with Terrin he is prepared to take Terrin's place (which is what will occur once news of Terrin's death comes to EE. Although Matt tends to be very serious, he is known for enjoying a good hand of sabacc, good wine, and good humor.
