History: Jakob has been Paul's apprentice as soon as he was old enough when he was born on Corellia. When he was a Knight, one day they investigated the planet Kati' Shyn, which was thought to have been a Sith colony. There, the two Jedi discovered the Book of Kati' Shyn, which carried information of the All. The Book's mere presence slowly corrupted the Jedi, cursed by the Sith. Paul broke away from it, but it permanently damaged (and enhanced in some ways) his connection to the force, and ordered Jakob to burn the book. His Padawan hid the book and said that he destroyed it.

Later, Jakob met one of the Jedi Council members, who had been a Sith Lord in secret being drawn to Jakob's growing power. As years went by, the Sith Lord pushed Jakob deeper into the Dark Side, using his lust for power to further his agenda.

In the end, Paul discovered the Book of Kati' Shyn in Jakob's possession, and destroyed it (however, some pages were torn out and are, at this time, at an unknown location). He confronted Jakob and the Sith Lord, but it was already too late. His Padawan had fallen to the Dark Side, and he never suspected a thing (a result from rejecting the Book's corruption).

The battle between Paul and the two Dark Jedi was long and fierce, but in the end he killed the Sith Lord and wounded Jakob, but could not bring himself to kill his own apprentice. Both fled Yavin IV, going on different destinies...

On Coruscant, in an attempt to get into hiding, Jakob stumbled onto a Stormtrooper commando squad which resulted in his death. But before he let out his last breath, Jakob used a 'binding trick' he practiced from the Book of Kati' Shyn, and moved his consciousness into Tylon Kincaid's mind. Since then, he has slowly takem over his body, absorbing all the hatred, pain, and death Tylon felt in his time in the Imperial Army and as a bounty hunter....

But no longer. He has succeded in taking over his mind and body, and now seeks his one true goal in the galaxy:
