Can I assume that all Sith can communicate mentally?

Cause it would really help me out right now if they did!

Sorry, these are not the "Sith" of George Lucas's SW universe. These are a magickal race, divided up into three castes: warrior, sorcerer, and armorer.

The Sith have inherent magicks, which they used in the creation of wonderful ships and weapons and devices. (However, the warriors prefer to rely on their prowess with regular ol swords and spears and the like, disdaining to use any magick to help them along.)

To communicate mentally requires use of the All; so far only Aelvedaar and Roan (and Graysith) can do that, I believe. Jharu was beginning to handle this as well. By this I mean active communication using real words; regular Force users can "communicate" emotions and feelings but I don't think they can really "talk" to each other mentally, can they? Unless they are in close proximity to one another, or have linked up to one another, jedi to jedi.

The only exception so far is this mysterious Axis and the Eye of R'lous, both who can communicate with others; how hasn't quite been determined yet, other than the Eye seems to have to be, once again, in physical contact with someone to do it.

But "regular" Sith can't just think and communicate with anyone.

Oh yes, tuk'ata who have blood-bonded with someone can mentally communicate with them; to do so with anyone else is extremely wearing and difficult for them.
