In Shattered Green, could you tell me what the blockade is like. A description and such? Is it like a normal ship blockade, or does it have some kind of scientific energy covering the planet that has been put in the description board?

This is simply the same kind of block they have around Coruscant. The ships have "laced" their tractor beams with one another, thus covering the planet with a tightly woven criss-cross energy pattern. You know how a ship in a tractor beam cannot break free... well, presumably one could not break across either.
