Maybe you might want to go snatch a glance at the "Great Temple at Khar Delba" thread in the Praxeum/Sith Temple forum. I think you missed a small but actually kinda vital point there: when Aelvedaar sent Logan back to the "Pride," it was made clear that he "watched as the young man slowly gained his composure before beginning to tell his tale." He was sent back "breathless and white-faced," NOT near death. I think you might have missed the post where this is revealed.

I was just afraid things would get a little bit away from how they were intended to be, hehe. I know that Shayla and the other characters in the Temple get into RP "spurts," and it is probably very easy to overlook some of the writing.
