All senatorial acts/laws/orders etc. are passed within three days of proposal as long as they go unopposed. If they are opposed, the act will be discussed, until an agreement or whatever is made.

OK, I'm here... is this in the reference frame of RP... or rules and regs of the Holonet Boards???

Because NO ONE is gonna be coming up with RP rules but the RP administrator...

Then that announcement belonged in the form of role play, not as an announcement to the Board as a whole. It is an "in-character" type of thing...
