At approximately 4:00 a.m. EST a total solar eclipse will begin. However, this particular eclipse will grace those in parts of Africa.

Darn.

BUT, if anyone is interested, go to www.spaceweather.com There will more than likely be a quiktime movie for you to see it.

Also, the International Space Station will be orbiting over Turkey at the time of the eclipse, and will have a fantastic view of the moon's shadow as it is cast down on the Earth. I'm sure photos of that will be forthcoming on the website.
