Has anyone ever tripped on a space walk and just kinda......floated away?

Err-- ewwww.... what a nasty thought! As far as I know, this has never happened. We have lost astronauts in the Apollo 10 (I think, I will have to check the mission number) disastrous fire, in the Challenger explosion, and the Russians have lost some cosmonauts when their returning vehicles have crashed. But I don't think we've left anyone up there in orbit around the earth (which is probably what would happen to the astronaut should this event ever occur, rather than his simply "floating away.") Physics works in space, you know....
