This is another chilling place, the absolute home of absolute evil. It is something like another dimension and parallel universe combined, existing a mere proton's width sideways from what is regarded as the "normal universe."This is the home of Entaris, but one embodiment of evil. It is the home of a foul demonic horde, terrible creatures who spring into existence merely at an evil thought of anyone in the "normal" universe. (See "Maladius" in character descriptions to see what these demons are like.)
Thus, while currently an immense throng of demons sent to destroy Graysith et. al. was instead destroyed by her, their numbers will be quickly replenished.
The spirit of Dark Lord Roan, the once-Dark Lord of the Warrior clan of the Sith, was by his association with Entaris sent to this place upon the death of his corporeal body.
This is the only means by which a chronotic shield can be "sideslipped," but one must either have mastery in the All or in Sith magicks to gain entry here.
Or be in cahoots with Entaris, the unchallenged Lord of this Domain, of course....
