I saw a picture of a female character, but didn't get a name.
She has shoulder length brown hair with blonde (almost white) streaks. She actually reminded me of Rogue from XMen. She wears a red outfit.
I saw her in Star Wars: The Essential Guide To Characters, Revised Edition

Any help would be great.

I think it might be Admiral Dalla (I think that's how you spell it)

Sounds like you are talking about Ysanne Isard (I think I spelled it right). She wore a red outfit and had brown hair. I believe she either had white streaks or blonde streaks in it...I want to say white. But that sounds like who you are talking about. She is one of the nasties from the X-wing books...

...good character, if you ask me.
