Wow. Rooms= No Internet. Cyber Cafe's= Closed. Me= Steadily going mad. Anyway, DC is beautiful. The Cherry Blossom festival is about to begin, and it's already looking to be quite the treat! Not back yet, but I thought I'd check in.
