Wakti is an Ewok who lives on the forest moon of Endor. He is the High Guardsman for his tribe, and counselor to the chief Celcic. His tribe is a continuation of Wicket’s tribe, the Ewok responsible for the friendship between Ewoks and Humans. That friendship was gone lax, however, for over the 75-plus years of knowledge of humans, the war-plagued “tall ones” stopped visiting the Ewoks regularly, and now most tribes have allowed the stories of humans to fall into myth. Being of the descendants of Wicket, however, Wakti’s tribe know the stories are true. They just don’t know much about the humans, aside from a handful of words that worked into the local language. Wakti is very intelligent, and very brave. He is excellent with a spear and spends most of his days scouting in the treetops and hunting with his warriors. He fur is mostly black, with streaks of gray coming down either side of his face. His mate, Koochee, is small, brown, and very proud of her husband. |
