here's the newest one, I'm not posting the one with the cars because, it's just not needed...

Now, I haven't read who other people say it is, but I am proclaiming that I think it's Obi-Wan, and look George took this picture too...

The one with the cars is a scene right outta of AG and one of the cars is replaced with that cool lookin speeder....check it out.

Jnet posted a close up of the Obi-Wan Picture...its OB1 alright. He looks in pain.
