It wasn't until Jamel grew older that he knew that his father could do wrong, and he started fighting back. Going to an Academy on Tatooine which was recently constructed he began learning the ways of Teras Kasi Art. During this time he began working on speeders, pod racers, swoop bikes and ship. He had a knack for constructing and egineering things, aswell as piloting them. Overtime he began being attracted to swoop racing, where he began to get quick cash for his plan.

The plan was to leave Tatooine and start a life in the galaxy. Where he would grow and become something, instead of just a boy of an abusive father.

Around 12 or 13 he finally responded to one of the attacks of his father. He knocked his father out with a quick Teras Kasi move and disappeared into the night.

Every since he has been taking small jobs. He has had a few dangerous run ins with the Republic Rebel Force aswell as the Empire, but now he has distant himself from that life. He has taken up a few swoop bike races, though he seems to be the underdog mainly because of his age. He manages to get a few upsets, but sometimes he just can't manage to beat the older guys.

Jamel also has searched for a few egineering jobs after his run in with the Empire and a Jedi named Shawn Petrolu. Constructing and fixing a few ships, swoop bikes and anything else that dealt with transportation.

Recently though, all that normal life of freelancing was thrown out when he meet up with a gang of fugitves who were known for their robbery. He became one of their crew members, helping in maintence of the ship along with a few droids. After some time learning from them in the ways of theft of ship and numerous other things he needed to get away.

He just barely got out of trouble, because only a day later after he left the group they were caught by a bounty hunter.
