Having strong ties with the New Republic was definately a plus for the Empire and for Admiral Actar. He was one of the heads of the Empire, young in age, but old in wisdom. His plans for the future were simple, rebuild the Empire and destroy the New Republic. He considered his goal to be easy, the only hard part would be rebuilding the Empire, but when that was finished he would destroy the Republic from the inside. But first he would inlist the aid of the Jedi, he would use them keep things under wraps so no one would know that the Empire would have revenge...
