This is a blocking barrier All users can erect which protects them from any form of ENERGY. It is less aggressive than a full-out chronotic shield; not as large, it therefore doesn't produce as much wear and tear on the one creating it as does the latter. Thus it is usually deployed only as a quick and temporary measure, usually used to protect a single person or maybe a small group. It only works against non-All users.
