A large blue, green and white world, brother to that of Rurika. Where numerous humans live in the more forest and grassland areas why their partners in ownership, the Ra'tka live in the icelands of white.

This mainly happened because of the colonization of humans on Urika. It had also happened on Rurika, but it was a more devstating there then on Urika. The human colonist immeditately came to the conclusion that the Ra'tka were savages and need to exterimate them. Killing numerous tribes of them in a vicous planetary civil war, they gained control of most of the vegatational land, forcing Ra'tka to adapt to the bitter cold areas of the planet.

Urika's then began to seperate themselves from the world of blasters and the commence of hand to hand combat as well as melee specialist began. It wasn't soon after that their civilization became what it is today and began their melee based war with Rurika.
