Description: Kyan wears a set of black mandalorian armor, most of the time he does not wear the helmet but on some occasions he will.Over which he wears a black jedi robe. His hair is long and comes down to his mid back which he keeps in a low pony tail, in addition he sports a goatee that he keeps well groomed. He body is a slender build but shows signs of being well conditioned. Besides his mandalorian armor and his 2 lightsabers his only other possession is a holo of his family.

Bio: Kyan and his twin brother Ja'ya where both discovered to be force sensitive at the age of 5 by a traveling jedi. Their parents let them decide whether they wanted to go to the jedi academy, Ja'ya went while Kyan decided to stay while being raised as a true mandalorian until he was considered an adult by mandalorian standards. When he was 13 he left his homeworld to join his brother at the jedi academy. Though his brother had an eight year head start Kyan managed to close the gap in 3 years and both obtained knighthood at the age of 18. Though taught by the same master both became very different. Kyan embraced the philosophy of the Living Force while Ja'ya believed in the Unifying Force. Also in their pursuit of knowledge varied. Because of his background as a true mandalorian Kyan focused more on aspects that would help him protect others, lightsaber training, diplomacy, tactics. Ja'ya focused on the history of the jedi, and old or ancient techniques.

Over the years Kyan got married and had a daughter Alenna. When Allena was 11 Ja'ya turned to the darkside. Hoping to turn Kyan to the darkside Ja'ya killed both Kyan's wife and daughter before his very eyes. A duel between Ja'ya and Kyan soon erupted and ended with with Kyan delivering a fatal blow to Ja'ya. Realizing that Kyan would not turn even when his family was killed he used that last of his hatred and power to strip Kyan of the force. With out his family or the force Kyan was left with nothing, he left the jedi order to find a way to possibly to regain his touch with the force. For the next 25 years he trained his body so he could continue his work as a jedi. To that end he studied with the Echani, Wookies, various force users, and even the noghri. Feeling that even though he still can no longer touch the force he now had the skills to still carry out the duties of the jedi.

Other notes: Because of his upbringing of a mandalorian warrior and his views of The Living Force, in his days with the jedi Kyan is considered to be more of a rouge or gray jedi. Although he can no longer touch the force he still is an expert with the lightsaber knowing the 7 forms of lightsaber combat, although he has extreme difficulty deflecting blaster bolts. Kyan is also fluent in Mando'a.
