((OOC: Everybody on the Flower of Carnage has been transported from In the fiery wastes, to Even Smugglers get the blues, to this thread, all in the same forum...))((OOC All the posts from the now closed topic will be moved to this one post, we can work from there))

(( OOC this is the official entry from in the fiery wastes in the CSWU forum, but not into the Sullust system, the Flower is still in hyperspace.))

Ilse Vogel-- Ilse was sleeping in her quarters, Jebbua was probably resting as well, as was Alexis, Captain Obvious was somewhere on board, maybe in the mess hall, the Major was getting healed, and Echuu was transferred from an operating table formcot to a regular formcot in the portside medical ward.

HK-88/b was being worked on by some droid specialist somewhere on the 20th level, and the Flower of Carnage was nearly to Sullust...

Hk-88/b-- Hk-88 powered up his photoreceptors and the image he saw slowly brightened up, he turned his head and ran his body through several diagnostics, to make sure he wasn't dismantled instead. With all prime components functional and optimized, he ran his vocabulator through the full range of his ability. The droid focused his photoreceptors on his weaponry in a locker ahead of him, he removed the weapons, and holstered his blaster on his back, and had his pike retracted, and he put that at his side by some magnetic clamps.

He walked through the familiar ship and ran some algorythms, making sure the parabolic sensors are functioning properly. He took the turbolift to the bridge and stationed himself near the main turbolift door, pike at his shoulder, ever vigilant.

The droid stood and ran his guard programs. the Occasional mse droid wheeled by, picking up any stray particles...

Jebbua Dahutt-- I opened my eyes after a nice sleep and arose from the bed. after a quick shower I clothed and left heading to my sister's room.

She was still sleeping so I let her sleep. I headed down the hallway and back to the medbay, where the major was still with Echuu.

"I feel like new. I think all I need was some sleep. I'm still greiving over my friends death but I'm better. I'm getting there. Soon I'll be back to my regular self and then perhaps that duel you asked for."

I smiled at the Major.

"Anyway, that other Jedi woman. Who is she? Was she that slicer person you were talking about on Tatooine?"

Echuu Shinzon-- The Force swelled within him. Emulating a deep lightside orientation outward. Alas, it was almost like a beacon, engrossing the caste of the Jedi within the force like a protective blanket. Slowly, his conciousness slipped, and he projected his thoughts about the Galaxy.

To many, it was referred to as out of body experiences. For a Jedi, it was Astral Projection. He say in different planes of existance. Some were shrouded by the Darkside, others all evident within the Light. From there, he watched events, though in truth sought out his own answers.

Through the whole ordeal, the Jedi's body was still, his breathing minimal. The trance like state of his meditative posture had reached it's all time high.

Major Konig-- The Major responded to Jebbua's query,

"Yes, Ilse is my, um, partner. She is the expert slicer, the best human one this side of the core worlds. She keeps all of the electronic and computer systems running on this ship,"

The Major noticed the aura around Echuu brighten, more full, but he continued to speak,

"Well, we met on Correllia, I was out hunting for ship parts, Correllia's the best place for ship parts. Well, anyway, we ended up meeting in one of the navicomputer dealers. We spoke, we each discovered the other was a Jedi. We went to check out plating for my ship, and I got locked in by some means. She got to save me from a set of lockdowns which involved a berserk droid, some tough blast doors, and a complicated computer. She sliced the system with her own custom interface and opened the blast doors to set me free. I thanked her by being my travel companion, that's about it."

The Major stood up and stretched his arm, with the operation done, he could now move it. A few days of rest should finalize the healing process. The Major looked at his chrono and turned to Jebbua,

"Well, we should be dropping out of hyperspace in about 30 standard minutes, I need to grab something to eat, care to join me?"

Ilse Vogel -- Ilse woke up with around an hour to spare from before they drop from hyperspace. She took a sonic shower, got dressed, and took the lift to the Bridge. She noticed the Hk droid was at his assigned spot and nodded in approval.

She wanted to examine some of the other door commands she saw when she was busy fiddling with the blast door the other day. She saw several Hangar bay doors which hadn't been there before...

Maybe the Hk unit triggered something in the system...

She selected the first one and quickly selected the camera after she selected the command to open the door. The Hangar looked pretty bleak except for the Jedi Shield, and and couple of maintenence droids cleaning the silvered surface. Then An entire wall started to move, it sunk into the wall then it lifted, revealing several cargo containers. She selected the second door, the same thing happened, but just next to it.
That compartment was empty short of a pair of binary load lifters.

She selected the third door, and that heavy door sunk and lifted. The contents of that one was worth taking a look at.

Another frieghter? curious...

Jebbua Dahutt-- "Sure. Why not? I am a little hungry. I think I'll grab some food for Alexis too."

Me and The Major proceeded to the cafeteria of the ship and grabbed some food to eat. After I had gotten what I wanted I turned towards the exit.

"Well. I'll give Alexis her food and meet you on the bridge." I exited and headed towards Alexis' room.

Echuu Shinzon-- His mind was laid bare, and he saw for the first time events, which preceded his knowledge. Curious, he noted, observing various things that were still yet shrouded to the conscious mind... Slowly, he was pulled back to his body... memory faded, the light was consumed, and Darkness followed...

Echuu gasped slightly, eyelids shakily opening. He peered blearily to one side, then to the other, before rising in the bed, and sitting upright.

"Where am I?" He asked groggily, not paying attention to whoever was present in the room. Mostly, it seemed rather derelict of life. Pushing the sheets away, he eased to the edge of the bed, and slowly rose to his feet.

They stung - no doubt from the lack of use - and it took him a moment to get adjusted to the new feeling in his legs. He could recall an explosion, and pain in his ribs. Grimacing, the Jedi felt along his rib cage, noticing that he had been tended to. Yet another thing for him to owe gratitude to...

After a short while of collecting himself and making sure his composure was in check enough for him to walk, the Jedi made his own procession to the bridge.

Major Konig-- The Major and Jebbua both got some Hawkbat eggs, but the Major got some beans and glass of blue milk. Jebbua got the eggs, and a piece of toast for each platter. Jebbua took the turbolift to the living quarters, and the Major went straight to the bridge.

Ilse was at the bridge like most of the time.
She was paying attention to a terminal...

The Major walked up behind her and took a peek.

new doors in the... Hangar?

He finished chewing and set his plate on a table. He spoke,

"Were those doors there before?"

Ilse responded,

"Not since I found that HK droid on level 32, he's by the turbolift now."

The Major was about to say 'what droid' when the droid deactivated his cloaking shield, appearing to materialize from thin air,

"Wher'ed you find that 'bot, that's a very old, if not durable model..."

That's when the turbolift hissed open and Echuu slowly shuffled in, trying to get the hang of his legs again, a hospital bed for several days does that to a man... THe Major turned to the newcomer and said,

"Well, it's good to see you're up, I hope you feel a little better."

Echuu Shinzon-- "That - Mr.Konig - is an understatement. I am feeling fine, and well rested. There is a certain amount of gratitude that I wish to extend to you and your associates for taking care of me... What is happening?" Echuu peered through the forward viewport, then directed his gaze to the remaining members on the bridge section.

Major Konig-- The Major glanced out the view port and turned back around and answered Echuu's query,

"Well, in your incapacitated state, we went into hyperspace, to Sullust, it was Jebbua's request, him being the first to suggest a destination. He's bringing Alexis her breakfast now, she's Jebbua's sister. And much to my surprise Ilse just discovered several 'hidden' doors in the main Hangar bay. Once most of everybody gets up here, we'll all check on the discovery."

The Major looked at his chrono, and announced,

"We should be entering the Sullust system, in... well, now, really."

Ilse pulled the Hyperdrive Lever back into the off position, and the Starlines shortened to the regular specks of white light in the black, frigid vacuum... The Major asked Echuu,

"I trust that the medical droids did optimal work on your lung, ribs, muscle, and skin?"

Shahrazad-- I was flying along in the Sullust system when a low rumble caught my attention. I turned around to see what it was when I saw a ship that appeared very big passed me.

I thought I saw someone look at me, but I was very tired and wasn't sure. Hoping that they were friendly, I tryed to ignore them, but my attention kept getting drawn back.

My curiosity grew, and I really started to wonder who was on that ship, and what where they doing. I hoped that if they noticed me, they were friendly, and then I might be able to relax and try to find a decent job.

Major Konig-- The Major turned around again as the proximity ship detector beeped, and focused a hud on the viewport, pinpointing it visually. The Major keyed the tranciever and tried to contact the ship,

"This is Major Konig on the Flower of Carnage, Unidentified ship, please state your identity, ship name, and Business. -Over..."

Shahrazad-- I turned around, startled at the ship's radio. I had to reply.

"This is Shahrazad on the Gemstar 5 all I'm trying to do is look for a job, I mean no-one any harm. Over."

I had to hope that they were friendly and would let me go. All I had to do was wait...

Major Konig-- The Major expected this to be some sort of spacer with no real business, but was wrong, so he replied,

"Well, Shahrazad, you have permission to dock if you want to look for work on my ship, if not, oh well, I'm headed to Sullust myself, Over..."

Shahrazad-- I breathed a long sigh pf relief. Then, the pure terror came over me. What should I say? I really needed a job, but if I refused, they might get mad at me. I pondered this decision carefully, knowing that my future would reflect on this.

I decided that they were kind enough to invite me aboard, and that I would like to know if they knew anyone looking for a partner.

"Flower of Carnage, this is Gemstar 5. I would like to accompany you on your mission involving the Sullest system and if you are in need of any assistense I would gladly oblige in doing so. Also, thank you for your generosity."

I stopped to reconsider than sat back in my chair, pondering and waiting for what was to be...

Jebbua Dahutt-- I walked onto the bridge while the Major was talking to someone.

"This is Shahrazad on the Gemstar 5 all I'm trying to do is look for a job, I mean no-one any harm. Over." a voice over the comm said.

I stepped into the shadows and concealed myself as I listened.

"Well, Shahrazad, you have permission to dock if you want to look for work on my ship, if not, oh well, I'm headed to Sullust myself, Over..." the Major said.

That guy is too trust worthy. One day it's going to haunt him. I thought.

"Flower of Carnage, this is Gemstar 5. I would like to accompany you on your mission involving the Sullust system and if you are in need of any assistense I would gladly oblige in doing so. Also, thank you for your generosity." came the reply on the comm.

At this moment I walked out of the shadows.

"You're just going to invite her on board? For all you know she could be another Dark Jedi, with some "friends" on board." I said as Capt. Obvious walked onto the bridge.

"I have a better idea. Have her meet us on ground. You meet her and I'll be your backup keeping a watch hidden out of sight. Deal?"

Major Konig-- The Major smiled at this, keyed the comm, and spoke,

"Well, then, I'll open the Hangar Doors, dock inside manually if you wish, but try not to crash into anything. And no problem, 'tis my pleasure. Over"

At this the Major entered the hangar codes and watched the holodisplay show the huge durasteel plates separate...

He looked at Jebbua,

"I sensed no ill-will, she appears harmless, it should be fine. And if anything bad happens it shouldn't be anything our abilities or hangar turrets can't handle"

Jebbua Dahutt-- I scoffed at his reply.

"One day your trusting will be your worst enemy. I hope I'm not there to witness it."

I turned and exited the bridge heading to the hanger and making sure my lightsaber was on my belt.

Capt. Obvious shrugged and followed me.

Major Konig-- The Major shrugged off this statement and muttered,

"Your paranoia will be your undoing..."

He waited for Shahrazad to accept or decline his invitation...

Shahrazad-- I was so relieved when I heard the man's voice over the comm.

" I will board your your ship and promise that I will not harm anyone. I won't crash either, I am a very experienced pilot. Once again, thank you for your generosity."

I carefully menuevered my ship through the open hanger doors, and already saw that someone was waiting for me. I thought that he was the one in the shadowed window, but I wasn't sure. I stepped forward cautiously, stating that a man had very kindly invited me onto the ship, hoping that he already knew about it. I stopped waiting for a reply...

Jebbua Dahutt-- I looked at the woman who looked no older than her late teens. I opened myself to the force to detect any sign of danger from the woman. I felt none.

"You are Shahrazad."

It was a statement not a question.

"Follow me to the bridge." I said to her.

I turned and left the hanger only to stop at the exit to see if Shahrazad was follwing me to the bridge

Shahrazad-- I followed the man down the halls until we reached what appeared to be the bridge. Two men were there, staring at me with blank looks on their faces. At once I became uneasy, though I knew that they trusted me enough to let me aboard. I sensed that in the hanger the lady, Jebbua was her name I think, had tried to see if I was any threat to her and her crewmates. Obviously she had sensed the force within me, though what she really thought of me only she knew. I tentatively stepped forward...

Major Konig-- The Major spun about towards the opening turbolift and greeted,

"Welcome to the Flower of Carnage, Shahrazad, I am Jedi Knight Major Konig, This,"

The Major gestured to Ilse,

"is Jedi Knight Ilse Vogel, this,"

The Major pointed to Echuu,

"is Jedi Knight Echuu Shinzon, the Droid is HK-88/b, and you have met Jedi Jebbua and Captain Obvious, but where are my manners, let us sit!"

The Major and company proceeded to sit at the long table in the middle of the command deck.

Echuu Shinzon-- Echuu spared one glance to the girl, then resumed his own thinking. He pulled a Holocron from the depths of his robes, and was instantly immensed in tinkering with it. As of yet, he didn't activate it, choosing to do so in privacy...

In the meantime, he also consulted a Datapad, revising all the data that was encrypted onto it. Though it appeared that he was hoplessly engrossed in his work, the Jedi was attentive to all that was happening about him. Offering on emore look towards Mr.Konig. He agreed with Jebbua on one point, being too trusted often responded in danger. Hence, Echuu planned for the worst. That way, all surprises were pleasant.

Update completed, we can resume our thread ^_^

The Major waited til everybody was seated, Ilse to his right and Echuu to his left, Jebbua and Captain Obvious on the right side of Ilse, and Shahrazad to the left of Echuu, and Hk-88/b at the very foot of the table. The Major steepled his fingers and spoke,

"So, Shahrazad, what sort of work are you looking for, I'm sure we have something for you if you're interested."

The Major looked to Jebbua,

"And by the way, where is Alexis?"

"So, Shahrazad. I'm curious too. What kind of work are you looking for? Surely with your... talents, it shouldn't be too hard in the galaxy." I smiled as I said this.

The Major thought, and began to speak,

"Well, as a Jedi I find it morally wrong to have a slave, as you can see, I have a number of personell and travelling companions which are fully independent. If you choose to join me, all you have to do is accompany Ilse, myself and anybody else who wishes to come along on my various missions and ventures. And the choice is yours to part ways whenever you need to. If you accept, you will recieve free room and board, ship maintenance, access to most if not all of my vessels, a hefty monthly salary, and allies in our quest to maintain relative peace in the Galaxy..."

The Major commanded a pilot droid to bring the Flower into Sullustan orbit, and turned back to Shahrazad,

"The choice is yours..."

I looked across at the woman and gave her a smile.
There is something about her...

"Perhaps you would like to learn more of your talents I sense in you? Seeing as you are now acompanying us and I don't sense anything wrong with you I'll lighten up a bit."

I looked at everyone then returned my gaze to Shahrazad.

"How about it? That is if you're up to the challanege. I'd understand if you weren't."

As the ship neared its destination, Raye had spent the time looking over what Master Tybil had recorded in his holocron. It held much history of the Jedi Order and showed ancient techniques of the Force, such as battle meditation, that the Jedi Master himself seemed to have been able to wield.

The knowledge contained in the device was valuable indeed...and Raye knew how useful it would be in helping to rebuild the Jedi Order.

After he reviewed the holocron's data, Raye went into meditation to find further insight from the Force...

If we do find other Jedi on the planet, it would do well for my companion to meet them. Perhaps then I could ask her about her past... he thought. And then there's the Praxeum...it should not be to hard to find people with answers on Sullust...

((ooc: Entering from "Forgotten Memories of Ossus))

Kitiana slept through most of the journey, though it was an uneasy one. Memories kept invading her mind. Memroies of her father and her lessons; memories of how she was treated. When her eyes finally opened she found herself clutching the lightsaber at her side, but when she remembered where she was she let her arm fall to her side as she sighed.
Her emotionless eyes glanced back toward Raye as he meditated. She decided there was no use in bothering him at the moment. She knew she got upset when others bothered her while busy.
She spent the rest of the trip watching the space surrounding them until they grew closer to the planet. When her panel began to beep she quickly tapped it to let it know she already knew they were about to enter the atomsphere. She took manual control and began the descent to the surface, in particular the docking bay.

"I presume we are going to the same place we left from?"

If there are any holocrons left, I'd think they'd be on Dantooine, or Yavin IV. Maybe Kashyyk, most definatley Coruscant, but that'd be far too dangerous. She nodded, she hoped it was the same place because that's where she was headed. When he asked her of her father she froze, staring ahead of her.

"I am not to speak his name. He was my father and my master...."

That was all she could stammer out. She learned the hard way not to tell others her father's name by letting it slip when she was younger. Never again would she let it slip, never again would she go through that. In a way she felt a though she was under his power, even though he was now dead. She closed her eyes and sighed then opened them.

"So, do you think these other force users will like me? Or will they treat me as you do the Dark Jedi?"

She was trained by a Dark Jedi, so if they found out just that little bit, would they destroy her? Would they question her accomplise about why he kept her company? She was usually untrusting of others, unless she knew she needed help or guidance. And with her meeting with Raye, she needed both.

"We are about to land."

She truely was glad he was dead and felt nothing but happiness at the memory of killing him after all the things he had done to her. She was afraid of him, but didn't wish her companion to know that for sure, even though she was sure he did.
She opened a com link with the docking bay and got authorized to land slighty to their right. She adjusted the ship and landed.

"At any rate we are here. I suppose we should find some of your other Jedi companions."

"Of course I will. I shall meet you on the surface."

I walked up the ramp into the freighter where Alexis was already and fired up the engines.

After the ramp closed and the docking bay doors opened I took the ship out and slowly headed to the surface.

ahh. It feels great to be home.

I landed on the surface and felt the precense of other force users.

Seems like there are more and more force users now days. I thought as I started turning everything off.

I lowered the ramp and went down the ramp and waited for Shahrazad to arrive.

The Major was dissapointed to not train Shahrazad, but he believed it appropriate, being that Jebbua was far more skilled in the arts of the force, even if he wasn't such a good saber fighter... The Major scrambled his frieghter and escorted Jebbua downplanet. When he touched down, he felt other force users,

They just spring out of nowhere...

The Major got out of his ship, alone, he waited at the ramp of Jebbua's ship. The ramp hissed down and Jebbua and Alexis stepped out. The Major spoke,

"Well, I guess this is the parting of the ways, I have all of the contact information for me in the Dandelo's computer, If you guys ever need anything, I'm always prepared to help. And if you need help when you train Shahrazad with the lightsaber, I encourage that you let me take over that aspect of the training. Also, I am willing to bet that you felt the other force users here too, if you want to join me to look for them, be my guest, otherwise, I hope you get home safely..."

The Major backpeddled and waved, he turned and jogged towards the main terminal, it should show who was a jedi and who wasn't, Just as he accessed the terminal, a ship landed fifty or so meters down the lane. He sensed them, one was definately a Jedi, the other, was, clouded...

Echuu drifted down the ramp, having followed Major and the Jebbua. Afterall, there was nothing else to do. He felt this planet was as unhospitable as they could get, or at least that was his opinion. It never really changed much unless he was living peacefully on Haruun Kal.

Rubbing just under his nose as if there was a smell he wanted rid of, he opened himself to the force. Setting off a near bonfire to any Force Sensitives in the area... He didn't mind, traveling with a fellow Jedi would have had the same impact... It would be hard to mask there signatures.

"Indeed," he said to Kitiana, "if they don't find us first." Raye noticed one was already heading towards them. He exited the ship and waited patiently for Kitiana...thinking about what she said about her father...

Much anger and fear her father put in her. Yet...I sense she hasn't fully accepted it within herself...

Raye watched as the other Jedi approached. There's still hope.

Her arms folded across her chest as she stared at him through emotionless eyes. Perhaps she was acting a bit hostile, but she didn't wish to take a chance with the welcome.

Kitiana was different than they were. Raye was different, she needed him for help and he needed her at the time. These other force users....perhaps they would chose to simply try and destroy her for being different. She stood there and watched, her muscles coiled ready for a quick reaction if she needed one.

"G'day to you two, each of us knows the other is a Jedi, or at least a force user. I'm Jedi Knight Major Konig, I just dropped off two other Jedi and their padawan. I assume you two came looking for other Jedi like yourselves... well, you've found one. I have one other on my ship and another following shortly. So, what is it that you need?"

He could admire the women to some degree. Though she seemed slightly hostile, it was ever what he appeared - though he was strictly within the confines of a lightsider.

He stopped just short of the Majors side, folding his hands into opposite sleeves of a strict Jedi Robe that would have seemed more common within the Old Republic Era. His eyes investigated the two, though he made no confines through the force. Softly, like a gentle nudge in the breeze, he assessed there standing, and there threat. The Force was strong, that much he knew, but it could be deceitful at times as well...

However, through respect for all sentient life, he bowed his head, the cold expression never leaving his face. Though he tried to focus in on Konigs presence and perhaps transfer a brief message, Be wary Jedi.... Alas, he wasn't the greatest at that ability.

Shahrazad was pleased when Jebbua had accepted, though she knew that she had to get going. She climbed aboard the Gemstar5 and suddenly realized why she was happy, this ship was inherited to her, though by who she didn't really know. Her father was her first thought, but her instinct told her it wasn't. Either way, she was glad that it would be put to a good use, that she would finally move on.

She started the ship, then followed Jebbua and his sister down to the hanger. When she got there, Major Konig was talking to a mysterious girl and a man standing beside her. I immediatly realized that this planet was inhabited by many users of the force, and I knew that if I knew, the other two had already found out. I looked over at the Major and realized that the woman appeared very...Hostile, but the man was a force user, so I thought that Major had good reason.

The Major quickly whispered to Echuu to either come along or speak to the Jedi in front of them. Then the Major turned around, crouched and leapt over the wall, he did a twist and barely cleared the electro rail at the top. He then leapt into the wall and rebounded up onto the roof. He remembered the med facility he bought his last Medpac from last time on Sullust. Cloak fluttering, he jumped from rooftop to rooftop, counting the leaps, the Med Facility should be close...

He dropped from the durasteel building and cushioned his fall by bracing his arm and slowing the descent with a consistant force push at the ground. He then ran into the automatic door. He stopped in front of the reception droid. He caught his breath,

"There.. is a woman .... a human.. having a baby right now, she's in Labor, I need a team to follow me to the residence!"

The droid scrambled a paramedic human Male named Oliver, a zabrak, another human nurse and a two-one bee droid on a repulsor sled, The three mounted the sled and sped down the street, The Major keeping up with them on foot, filling every stride with the force, greatly increasing his speed.

...On my way Jebbua!

Several Minutes later, The Major saw Shahrazad heading in their direction, he quickly shouted,

"I already have the team on it's way, follow me!"

The Quintet rounded the corner and stopped in front of where Jebbua's comlink signal overlapped with his. The Major burst in and shouted,

"We're here!"

Shaking the urge off to give chase she turned her head to the other one and nodded a greeting before looking to Raye.Humans' minds can change in a matter of seconds. I do not care about impressions, they either like me or they don't.

Her father had only touched on speaking with her mind so the words were very faint and broken up. Her mind was still distracted at why the other took off so quickly. 'Curiousity will kill you one day.' Her father's voice echoed in her head from when she was small. Perhaps he was right; she knew she was too curious for her own good sometimes.

Echuu hadn't moved once Konig made the run, afterall, the Jedi could look after matters on his own. Instead, Echuu was convinced that something had happened on Yavin, and it was linked to a pending Sith threat, or something of the same sort.

"A service to the Jedi Order?" The Jedi Order had been the one pride of the New Republic that could truly be treasured, the rest seemed to fall into place rather haphazardly. Though Echuu never dwelled too long on the Jedi standing, he understood the need for balance. His entire life had been devoted to the preaching of balance, between Darkness, and Lightness... He would die before letting that be destroyed, yet with the destruction of the Jedi Temple, he felt it so.

I fought several once, suffered severe nerve damage in my leg, had it cloned and replaced, the nerve tissue, not the leg, I took them all out though, didn't want them to kill me if I fell, the pain was unnatural. I can feel the twinge there once in a while. Well, enough of that, I am going to Nar Shadda later, I need to collect some holocrons, and other Jedi artifacts, but not today, possibly tomorrow. Would you two be interested in joining us?"

Raye nodded. "Yes, I'm interested. Perhaps we will find more Jedi along the way. Also..."

Raye reached into his robes and pulled out the holocron. "I found on this ancient world of Ossus. It's based more on teachings with the Force rather than lightsaber skill, but I have found it particularly useful and have learned much from it. History-wise, it has some info on the Dark Jedi encountering the Sith, but would say no more..."

He looked back to Kitiana. "Do you wish to come as well?"

Kitiana was glad that Major Konig was satisfied with her answer and did not pry. She found what they were discussing interesting. Being isolate though, almost every new bit of information was interesting. Vong? They sounded like ruthless killers, ones she would't mind getting her hands on. Yes they were killers and from the sound of it, ones that didn't die easily, but it would be a thrill to fight them.

"Of course I'll come. How else will I ever get my pay?"

The money he owed her wasn't really the thing she wanted, and she knew Raye already knew that. She wanted to learn, and have something to do with her freedom.

"Well, if nobody has any objections or further business, shall we go? I have a frieghter onplanet and my capital ship in orbit, do you two want to go to Nar Shadda by yourselves, or with us?"

Echuu had remained silent through most of the ordeal, now eyeing Konig doubtfully. Not saying anything, he rested in a calm stance on the chair, listening idly to what was being said.

"Major.. I shall accompany you as well, unless there is further objection. There is still a matter of business for me to conduct, and traveling in the company of several Jedi will be... aiding..."

He turned and stood up from the barstool. "Besides, I believe we should not travel so close together so often. Sullust is not as loyal to the Empire as other planets, but Nar Shadaa is a completely different story...we run the risk of encountering Imperials there."

Considering a moment that multiple Jedi would bring about too much of a present to themselves, Echuu considered exactly the amount on each ship. With Jabbua and his sister, as well as Konig and the Ilse, there was a strong chance that they would get caught.

"On second thought..." he muttered, peering towards Raye... "I believe I wish to travel on your ship. An equal distribution of numbers won't make the crowd stick out more. And if one is captured by... stray imperial ships, the other can thusly save them correct?"

Nodded towards the other two, regarding Konig, then them again. Each in equal rights now had his attention. He awaited there answer.

The Major wondered why they wouldn't want to travel on the same dreadnaught, but conceded,

"Ok, I'll travel with Ilse, and Mira on the Flower and you three will travel in your frieghter... But if you change your mind, I have ample room in the hangar. I assume we're leaving immediately, no?"

The Major handed the droid his credits and activated his comlink, connecting to the Flower's bridge,

"Ilse, ready the engines, I'll be up in a little while, we're almost done configuring our voyage groups... Over"

Ilse keyed the comm,

"Affirmative, Ion drives warming up... See you later"

The Major Deactivated the comm and looked up,

"So, have you come up with a conclusion?"

He turned to Konig. "I believe we should leave as soon as possible. We'll rendezvous in orbit, and together head to Nar Shadaa." At that, Raye bowed his head and headed for the cantina exit. He stopped at the doorway, waiting for Kitiana...

Jebbua looked up at me and said that I had taken my first step as a jedi. The emotion on my face I tried to hide, but I knew that Jebbua could see how pleased I was. I hoped that I would learn much more and was glad that Jebbua understood me...

Several other patrons looked up,
the Major continued indignantly,

"It's the 600 meter long white and crimson one!"

With that, he headed for the exit, passing Raye and giving him a wave before he stepped back out into the Sullustan streets. He took a turn and lept over a wall, onto a building and continued his shortcut to the spaceport...

"Don't worry. In time you will be able to call on the force without trouble or strain."

I got up and streched.

"But for now Why don't you make your self comfertable. You can stay in my room. I can sleep on the couch in here. Donw the hall past Alexis's room and to the right." I pointed.

"If you'll excuse me I'm going to see if I can find the Major and see what's going on with him and his friends."

I smiled at Shahrazad and then left the house and quickly made my way to the spaceport, where I last saw him, besides at my house.

I quickly found him walking ontop of a building and he jumped down. I knew he saw me and I headed over to him.

"So, How goes things my friend. I'd thought I come and see how things are. I can tell that you are leaving. Any place in particular?"

"It's ok. your father will be ok. Maybe Jebbua can go looking for him again. And maybe Shahrazad can go with him to not only learn the ways of the force, but help Jebbua find Dash."

Alexis sighed.

"Will do.And have fun down there. and give congrats to your sister when she has her baby."

"Right. Jebbua out."

I clicked over the comlink. I would have told him that Alexis already had er baby, but I felt Alexis in shock. I knew The major hadn't felt it because it happened while we were talking. It was one of those things only the two of them could feel. brother and sister.

I put my comlink away and headed back to the house. Thinking about the Jedi and what their mission on Nar Shadda was.

Raye entered Kitiana's ship, and immediately took a spot on the floor, sat down, crossed his legs, and prepared to enter into a meditative state.

Nar Shadaa is extremely...unpredictable...it is best I try and see what to expect from the world.

But he didn't close his eyes just yet. He waited for Kitana and Echuu to follow him, and then he said to them, "When we enter hyperspace, would either of you wish to join me in meditation? It will be some time before we reach the Nar Shadaa..."

EchuuShinzon

"Master Starr, it would be near impossible to predict Nar Shadaa, it's too many possibilities, with too many people crowded together to a point of drowning the force in it's own Lightside and Darkside orientation. I will help you center yourself if you wish, and accompany you on the meditative journey..."

Echuu had of course followed behind the 'leader' of the group. Managing to seem utterly calm during the whole thing. It was almost an eerie predicament, how calm the Jedi Knight seemed to be most of the times that he spoke.

Like a robot, he calculated, and moved. Playing chess, all the pieces set just right for every possible move. Echuu hated chess, he could never win at it, forced to find other means to show his strategic prowess. He offered another nod to Raye, then regarded the other member of the group.

For all respects, she was about as unpredictable a piece as the Knight. For all intents, something crucially needed, but usually unable to lend aid to any points of interest. Careful planning would depict a clear move for the Knight, but it's specialties were limit. The bishops were well placed, as well as the center of attention...

The board was set... now... the game began... What they intended to find on Nar Shadaa was still rather mysterious to Echuu, but he had a quota to fullfill....

... And a balance to maintain...

Kitiana walked onto her ship last, closing the ramp as she walked toward the pilot's seat. This was going to be an interesting journey; one to change her life for better or worse. She wasn't like the others, and wasn't sure she ever would be. Nineteen years of getting things drilled into your head kind of set your ways. She still wasn't sure the other two trusted her, but why should they?

Her blank eyes looked back at Raye and Echuu. Raye always seemed so calm, which sometimes annoyed her. Yet it was a good thing to have someone who could keep his head about him. EchuuShinzon; she still didn't know much about him, and Kitiana would not pry. Perhaps on this journey, things would come into focus.

She wasn't sure if she wanted to join Raye in meditation, but decided she would. She hadn't meditated in several weeks.

"I will join you after we get into hyperspace."

She turned back to her controls, and after speaking with the control center, set off into space. There she waited for the Major to reach his dreadnaught.

The Major got his permission to lift off, the ion engines humming comfortably as he manually piloted past several cargo ships and smaller craft. He keyed his passcode control to open the hangar bay doos on his dreadnaught, the two gargantuan white and crimsond durasteel doors parted, and revealed the bright white maw that was the hangar bay of this massive warship...

He let the ship drift into the jaws of the magnetic landing claw and the little green light blinked on as the atmospheric shielding engaged. With the hangar pressurized, he could depart from his frieghter.

The Major had the ramp slide down and he walked out, the scrubbers making the air unnaturally clean, very good for the lungs... He took the lift to the bridge, passing several crew members and saying hi, breifing them that they'd be going to Nar Shadda. He waved down a navigation officer,

"Set a course for the smuggler's moon, Nar Shadda."

The officer nodded and responded,

"Affirmative Major."

The Major took a seat by Ilse at the main console, he keyed for Kitiana's ship,

"All set, I'll enter Hyperspace when you do!"

She turned to her controls and had the ships computers set a course for Nar Shada; it was a good thing her father put most planets in the computer's database.

"Alright, get ready to set off."

With that they entered hyperspace; it was too late to turn back, and who knows what they would find on Nar Shada.

I shook my head and dismissed any thoughts that were about to form.

A jedi thinks not such things. I thought to myself.

I walked around the bed and looked at her. She was the most beautiful woman I had ever seen. I was about to leave when she awoke and stared at me.

I awoke with a start. I hopped out of bed and looked around my room.

Was that just a dream?

I left my bedroom and headed to my sisters room. It was locked, so instead I went to the kicthen and saw Shahrazad getting something to eat.

I stared at her and blinked once. Twice.

"Uh... I was hungry, so I thought I'd come to the snack to get me a kicthen. I mean I was thristy so I'd thought I'd get me something to eat." I felt really flustered and embarassed I just turned to leave the kicthen.
